Aiming at the thick material sewing needs of 8500 models, the pressure adjustment range is expanded to 0-120N; rotating the screw can accurately change the presser foot pressure. Excessive pressure can avoid surface wrinkling of thick materials and overly tight bobbin thread, while insufficient pressure can prevent thick material slipping and thread skipping;
Anti-Loosening Locking Positioning
The nut has a built-in anti-slip thread pad, and the locking force is increased by 40% after adjustment, which can resist the strong vibration of 8500 models at a high speed of 5000 stitches per minute, prevent pressure deviation, and ensure consistent stitching throughout thick material sewing;
Buffered Pressure Transmission
An elastic buffer pad is installed at the end of the screw, which can buffer the instantaneous impact of spring pressure on thick materials and adapt to the gradual thickness pressure demand of multi-layer thick materials.
